These opportunities include access to free webinars, opening applications for the annual scholarship program and student enrollment program. They are designed to allow students enrolled in maintenance, reliability, and engineering studies to become familiar with real-world issues and with SMRP members who can help them transition into their careers.

Each webinar follows one of the five pillars of the Knowledge Body SMR (BoK), a roadmap for world-class performance in maintenance, reliability and physical asset management for professionals and professionals. These pillars include business and administration, reliability of manufacturing processes, equipment reliability, organization and leadership, and job management.
