The Society for Reliability (SMRP) today professionally maintained and announced the launch of its scholarship program for the 2017-2018 academic year. Scholarships are offered for young people, seniors and young graduates of both schools and four years.
Three college scholarships ranging from $ 2,000 to $ 10,000 will be awarded to students enrolled in maintenance-oriented, reliability or engineering programs. Two other awards are available to family members of an SMRP member, regardless of their field of study. All young, senior and young graduate students who meet these academic criteria and another in an accredited university, trade school, are invited to college technical or vocational school to apply.
"Our company is committed to providing resources for the next generation of professionals and professionals," said Erin Erickson, executive director of SMRP. "This program is another way to recognize those who have a profound impact on our profession and our chosen industries in the future.
The deadline for applications is June 2, 2017. Applicants will be assessed on their academic experience, experience in the field of maintenance, reliability and asset management, work experience and leadership activities.
